Digital Cues was founded by President and CEO Param Lalia in 2015 with the objective of really putting the service component in Software-as–a-Service at the forefront.
Too many customers had not easily or successfully realized the potential of cloud solutions and the modern Connected Enterprise. Digital Cues was built to solve this, and it remains our goal today.
Over the past two years, the Digital Cues team has grown in both North America and India at over 100% a year incorporating a management team with a focus on customer success and technical expertise. Param has continued to build out the organization with a focus on Enterprise level processes, skills and experience so that today it is able to support some of the largest, most complex, global organizations who are seeking to improve their SaaS environments or better connect their processes, people, systems and customer experiences.
