With more than 20 years of experience in the Learning and Talent Management software space, Manprit is a true motivator who is passionate about providing unparalleled customer service. She is proud to be a people-focused leader who cares strongly for the members of the Digital Cues family. As CEO, Manprit’s energy is focused on the expansion of business strategies and establishment of policies and procedures to promote company culture and vision. Knowing that results are what customers require, she is committed to leading Digital Cues to achieve success while exceeding expectations.

Manprit lives in California with her husband and two daughters, who together dedicate time to volunteering and raising funds for several charities. She enjoys reading, going on nature walks and taking the occasional “crazy” roller coaster ride when she can.

Robert has been with Digital Cues since the company began in 2015, bringing over 20 years of financial experience and strong business acumen having received a Master of Finance degree from Golden Gate University and a Master of Professional Accounting (CPA) from the University of Sydney. It is Robert’s leadership and keen insights that have guided the company through the financial challenges brought on as a result of the COVID pandemic.

Before joining Digital Cues Robert spent 20 years in the Air Force as a Resource and Budgeting Manager. Upon retirement, he started Robert's Tax Service with the express intention of helping clients organize their tax information quickly and efficiently. In 2009 Robert became an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the Internal Revenue Service, expanding his ability to provide comprehensive and current understandings of tax law and to practice before the IRS.

When he is not working, Robert spends time with his four dogs: Cody, Bailey, Paceman and Cooper, and competing in a team sport called Flyball. Robert also enjoys running marathons.

Suzanne lives in Standard Horse country in the center of New Jersey with her husband Jeffrey and their Vizsla Lily.

She brings a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to every engagement and is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

In her free time, Gail enjoys reading, running and watching her kids play hockey. She lives in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and is a long-time fan of the New York Rangers.
